As we approach the end of 2025, it’s time to double-check your timelines and keep your business on track. National Life Group (NLG) has released critical year-end deadlines and holiday closures that all agents should be aware of to ensure smooth processing and client satisfaction.

NLG Office Closures
Thursday, November 27: Office closed for all employees
Friday, November 28: Limited staff for trading/variable products
Thursday, December 25: Office closed
Thursday, January 1: Office closed
Key Application Deadlines
Friday, November 14 - Life policies with 1035 Exchanges must be approved and in good order
Friday, November 21- Premium finance applications should be approved due to potential holiday banking delays
Friday, December 5- All rewrite requests must be submitted and in good order
Monday, December 8- Last day to submit Life or Annuity disbursement requests to ensure processing before year-end for 2025 tax credit
Friday, December 19- Final date for:
All New Business eApps and paper apps
Final Requirements
Pension/Profit Sharing Plan applications
