Important Notice: Ambetter Florida ACA Appointment Changes for 2026

If you're writing ACA business in Florida, this update is for you. 


Starting January 1, 2026, Ambetter Health will no longer operate under the Celtic Insurance Company license in the state of Florida. As a result, broker appointments and contracts tied to Celtic (off-exchange) will be terminated. 


What Stays Active 

Your contracts with: 

  • Sunshine Health Plan, Inc. (Marketplace) 

  • Florida Venture (Marketplace) 


...will remain active, as long as you have: 


  • A valid Florida health license, and 

  • FFM certification for the 2026 plan year
